Starting his career as an apprentice electrician, Dan spent over six years honing his craft in electrical installation before transitioning into the Building Management Systems (BMS) field. His expertise quickly grew as he moved into commissioning and project management, where he developed a comprehensive understanding of the industry from the ground up.

Currently serving as the Engineering Director, Dan thrives on being hands-on and is actively involved in overseeing projects on-site. His day-to-day responsibilities include supervising engineers, organising jobs, scheduling and managing various aspects of project delivery. His leadership ensures that each project runs smoothly, and that his team is aligned with Simple Group’s vision of excellence and transparency.

Dan’s passion for the industry is reflected in his work ethic. While he enjoys the technical challenges of BMS and electrical systems, he also thrives in the fast-paced, dynamic environment of being on-site every day. He is dedicated to ensuring Simple Group continues to grow and expand, both in team size and in the range of industries it serves.
