Integrated Life Safety: Suppression and BMS for Hartopp and Lannoy, Fulham

This project was secured as part of a group wide offering for BMS, Suppression, Combined Fire detection and Smoke Control, Evacuation Alert and Disabled Refuge systems and consists of in excess of 100 new apartments across 4 residential cores. Given the height of the development evacuation alert systems were required to the high rise blocks, and the client had made decisions to install these in the lower rise blocks also. We shall be installing a combined smoke control / fire detection and alarm system and using our pre assembled fan sets to provide mechanical extract to the common corridors of the development, all of which has been justified by the use of CFD Modelling. This is offered as a full turnkey solution to our client whereby we shall be carrying out the complete design, supply, installation and commissioning of all systems above.
